Ask us how we can help with your Engineered Tubing challenges. From repeatability and precision to productivity, we can help you with your tubing runs.

Our Engineered Tubing process consists of four stages to help ensure precision, efficiency, and repeatability :

CUT – Our automatic self-loading saw cuts diameters including ¼” and 3”and everything in between, to lengths of up to 120”. Each cut is held to tolerances of .006” in length and .002” in squareness.

DEBURR - Each cut is deburred both inside and outside diameters. Facing is also available upon request.

BEND - Tube shapes are sent to CNC benders that handle diameters between 1/8” and 2” tubing. Shapes can be reverse-engineered from previously bent physical parts or imported CAD models. Radii are Swagelok standard, though custom tooling is available.

3D SCAN - Parts are reverse-engineered or checked for accuracy to the customer’s desired tolerance. Bring your own part in to replicate or send us a model and we’ll ensure the highest quality parts verified by an ISO certified measuring arm.

That's right, we have the capability to 3D scan your existing tube or utilize your provided drawing, which we can then integrate into our equipment. With exceptional precision, we proceed to cut, deburr, and bend the tube. To ensure accuracy, we employ a 7-axis arm to 3D scan the bend and compare it to your specifications, making any required adjustments. We then produce a second sample using the same process and verify that we are manufacturing your parts according to your precise requirements.

Our capabilities range from high-volume production to custom one-off precision parts.  We look forward to collaborating with you on your tubing needs.
