At our advanced facility, we have the capability to 3D scan your existing tube or utilize your provided drawing, which we can then integrate into our equipment. With exceptional precision, we proceed to cut, deburr, and bend the tube. To ensure accuracy, we employ a 7-axis arm to 3D scan the bend and compare it to your specifications, making any required adjustments. We then produce a second sample using the same process and verify that we are manufacturing your parts according to your precise requirements.
